It's stuck....Ouch
Complain on Rachel, that's how we make ourselves feel better, at least I know it does me. I get long winded sometimes, but it can be lonely sitting at home all the time with no one to talk to. I guess I need to get back to work, but I don't want to go, lol. So how is Chef Ed's food? I'm hoping its good, cause right now not much is appealing to me. I'm learning to hate cream soups as much as jello. I did buy one that was a little different, Ranchero tomato, reminds me of chili without the meat. It did have some small bits of beans in it so I made sure I pulverized them before swallowing. I have also eaten some cheese, taking real small bites and it seems to be going down just fine and setting good on my belly. I just can't keep eating the same thing over and over, I need variety. I made some boxed SF pudding since it is sweetened with equal and it worked great for me. So far I am able to tolerate at least 5 grams of regular sugar with no dumping, unlike 5 grams off sugar alcohols that made me dump bad.
OK, another looooong winded post, dang someone tape my fingers so I can't type, lol.
Hope to see you tonight!
Mary

Chef ed goes in on the weekends (so he claims) and bakes these meals. They are measured out and everything. He vacuum seals them. You pop them in the microwave and poof...a perfectly portion meal. I'll stick to the ones I can buy in the store. Cheaper and more moistQQQ I survived but I have learned to chew.
Thanks
Rachel
