I got cast in a Movie!!!

Hey, I got cast as an extra in a Hollywood movie!!! It is called The Comebacks and it is a football spoof/comedy, Lampoon type movie, and its me with about 199 others in the stadium scene Well, its a name to put in my resume now, and I want to try to get more extra parts. I have a friend who is in the show Las Vegas on Friday nights with James Caan and she is helping me find some roles. I think it will be a blast!!! LOL The movie probably is going to suck, but it stars Carl Weathers, Chubbs from Happy Gilmore and Apollo Creed from Rocky. Also Chris Parnell from SNL and some others I don't know very well! How much fun will this be?? After I get plastics, I am going to get my head shots done and try to see if I have a chance at anything full time like my friend on Las Vegas Anywho, thought I would share the news, It cracks me up..... That is cool ;) maybe I will get .9th of a second on screen....but chances are doubtful....haha. The movies sounds awful to be honest with you, but hey, its an experience, and I could not have gotten that back home or at 289lbs!!! I am going to sign up to take some acting classes, thought it might be fun, and a good way to get rid of pent up energy and something to do. They don't start until the end of January, so that will give me time to heal Thanks!!! I am just trying to find something to do!! Maybe one day I can get paid for it??? That would be wild!! Deb

OHHHHHHHHHHHH, that sounds like a blast, Ms Deb! Have you noticed how we all are doing more things now after GB surgery. Is it because we have lost weight? Maybe, but I think it's because we find our confidence & strength as we become successful over our weight issues & get out of pain. That gives us renewed strength to tackle more & more. My life is so busy now & I'm looking into things like home businesses & charity work ... Things I knew I could do, but never tried due to the stresses & pain of living with obesity. I was always outgoing even when obese, but now, nothing is gonna stop me! You go girl! Yeahhhhhhhhhhhh Ms Deb! God bless you ... Dawn & Nick
