Myrtle Beach Get Away

Is the room price a "per day" price of a 3 day price? I know, dumb questions, I assume it is per day, but wanted to double check. That said, I like room B.. I can't do May ... my sister in CA is turning 60 and I am going out there then. March is fine with me. As for sleeping, I will go with whatever everyone else decides - I can double up or have a bed to myself...don't care which. Susann

The price includes the rooms for the entire weekend, and tax is included. Deb

Sounds like a lot of fun. I can't do the March date, as I'm going to Gatlinburg with a group of about 50 or so from the Singles Board that weekend. I went last year when I was only 3 weeks out, so this year will be different for me. That group is a WILD bunch!!! Any other weekend should be fine as long as I have about 3-4 weeks to schedule my days off. Thanks for getting this together!! Hugs, Dianne

I don't mean to throw a monkey wrench into the plans but have you considered the Monterey Bay Suites. They are in the northern part of Myrtle Beach and are about $100 bucks cheaper for the weekend. I have stayed here and I know that they are nice. Just wanted to throw that out there! By the way, the hotel has a free breakfast buffet for all guest. Mid to late May is fine with me, and either location that was mentioned i'm sure is fine too. If we can get a better price for the same quality, then i say go for it. My only request is that we stay oceanfront. There is no way in heck that we can pick a date that is satisfactory with everyone, we've all got way too much going on with our daily lives that we can't rearrange, but it would sure be nice to take a weekend just for ourselves and enjoy being "us" instead of being somebody's mother, wife, daughter, cook, housekeeper, etc. I need some me time.

NICK & I ARE A "MAYBE" IF IT IS IN APRIL. IN MAY, WE HAVE A FRIEND'S GRADUATION TO ATTEND ON THE 5th & 6th, I BELIEVE THE DATES ARE ... THEN, IN MID-MAY, WE ARE GOING TO VA FOR OUR DAUGHTER'S CAP & GOWN (with honors) GRADUATION. DEPENDING ON NICK'S WORK SCHEDULE & COST, WILL BE THE DECIDING FACTORS AS TO WHETHER WE STAY IN THE HOTEL. BUT, IF WE CAN'T, WE WILL TRY TO DRIVE UP ON THE WEEKEND & MEET EVERYONE ... MAYBE FOR A LATE LUNCH OR SOMETHING. SO, KEEP US UPDATED, MS DEB.
