HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!
Susan is a great support to all of us and a great friend to me.
Sunday is her special birthday day.
Thank you all. I have had a great birthday today. I told my friends that I didn't want anything material for my birthday this year. All I wanted was for them to come to my church with me and then all go out to lunch together. Well, my ex-husband (my very good friend) couldn't go because he was going out of town. But Debbie, Trent, Seth, and Tally met me at my house this morning and we went to my church. Alesia (a friend from work) and 5 other people came to church for me also. It was so special to me. I think that was such a great gift for them to give me. After church, Debbie and her gang, me and Evan (my son), and the Pastor of my church went to California Dreamin for lunch and Trent picked up the tab!! Wasn't that sweet? He's such a great person!
Now I am at home in my sweatpants and sweatshirt lounging. What a great day! Thank you all for all your birthday wishes. By the way, I am feeling much better now but I am still going to see Dr. Byrne in the morning. And I have quit smoking. I'm on the patch.

I missed the birthday post earlier and had been out of town this weekend. Glad to see that you had a great birthday with friends!!
Great going on the smoking...or lack of!! I'm sure it's a hard thing to do, but we will be rooting for you.
My doc thinks that I may have an ulcer and just put me on prevacid. I have a lot of burning, particularly when I haven't had anything to eat or drink in a while. He also said that an ulcer can give you feelings of hunger....which may be why I have such a grazing problem. Hope you have a good visit with Dr. Byrne tomorrow.
