What are you eating today?
Well, I know mine will be the last menu you choose from, but here goes...
Breakfast: Grits w/ 1/2 scoop of protein added & apple juice.
Lunch: French onion soup -the chunks of onions &-the cheese & bread
w/ crystal lite lemonaid.
snack: protien pudding w/ 1/2 scoop more of protein
Dinner: broc and chedder soup w/ juicy juice.
