I am going to the get my hair cut and colored on Friday and do not what I should do. Unlike my avatar, for those who do not know me, I have naturally very dark brown, shoulder-length hair that is naturally curly. (Yes, I have the curly hair curse.) I am wanting a change but have no idea what to do. If anyone out there has any advice on color, I have fair skin, and cut I would greatly appreciate it. I have had the same hair cut for YEARS!!!!! I just would like a new look for the new me. Any ideas?? Thanks Julie

Julie, My natural color, if I remember correctly is dark brown and I am very fair skinned. My hair was long, straight and dark. I now have it cut somewhat in a sassy bob that I can wear scrunched or curl a little or flat iron it. I had my hair taken close to my natural color with a cherry cola color and then on the top I have bronze and reddishblonde chunks. I play with color all the time, it does not last that long and you can always change it. If you trust your hairdresser, just let her/him do what they think will be good! Good luck and just have fun with it! Patti

Thanks Patti. I do trust my hairdresser so I think I will let her decide to a point, until she says lets go blond. Do not think I would look good as a blond. But I like the idea of the cherry cola color. I use to dye my hair an auburn color so I know those shades will work. Thanks again for the input. Julie
