OT: Update on Mom

My mom is going into heart bypass surgery this morning to repair 5 blockages. Of these 5 one is 100% and another is 90% blocked. She is doing well so far and is in good spirits. She says for all of us not to forget should anything happen that she loves us all but she is ready to be a rose in God's garden if that is what HE wants. She is ready to go home and will wait for us on the other side if that is what happens. But she is a fiesty old bird LOL and I just know she is going to make it through with flying colors. She really likes her cardiothoracic surgeon and she says he is COOL lol! He has been forthright with her telling her straight up what to expect and what he is going to be doing. She should be ready to go into surgery right now (7:37 AM Eastern time). All prayers are appreciated. I know there are s all around her right now as I post this. We should know something to post around 6 this evening so I will try to post again then. Carolyn

Prayers have gone up. Anything dealing with the heart is a soft spot for me. I'm 32 and have had a pacemaker since 2002. May all go according to GOD's plan. Robin
