To all going to Myrtle Beach

We are trying to plan a day and time to all get together, upper state, middle state and lower state. So far this is what we are thinking.... Saturday morning from 11am-1pm We are trying to get a confrence room or special meeting place within the hotel. We will be setting up and providing lunch and drinks. Cost will be $5.00 a person or $10.00 per family. Are you interested? Are you willing to pay the cost if we pay for everything up front ourselves? Do you have any other "get together as a group" ideas? I know some want to go shopping, partying, out to dinner and shows, but since we are planning this trip to get to know one another, we thought it might be good to have a special time and place to all be together. Please respond and let us know if you are interested.

Deb... You have just read my mind , I just replied to Susann's post and said that I would like to do dinner or breakfast together as a group. Your idea sounds perfect!! Let me know what the concensus is...I'm ready for some FUN!!!! Lesley

Hey girl, do you work over in the area of the hospital where you visited me when I was there? I left my phone charger there in my room. I had called and ask them to get it, but then I forgot I had called them. If you happen to be in that part of the hospital, would you ask the nurses desk if they happen to still have it? I think meeting that morning would be great. I think that way everyone can meet and all that good stuff then those of you who are here on vacation can go off and do your thing...Since I live here and work 3rd shift the night before and the night of I think meeting at that time would be great...just please keep us posted.. I think that is a great idea. It would probably work out better than all of use trying to get to a restaurant somewhere. Because planning these sort of things is part of my job, I think it may end up costing more than $5 a person. Usually depending on the hotel. If they offer catering they will not let you bring in outside food and they may have a minimum or a room charge. I'd totally be willing to help you get this together if you want me to. Deb, Does the hotel have free breakfast and a breakfast room? If so perhaps we can eat off their dime? (kinda ) Jennifer
