Happy 6mo Surgiversary to me

Today is my 6mo sugiversary. I'm down 115.2lbs and I feel GREAT! Has my life changed? You bet it has. I believe my surgery and weight loss is the result of my decision to change my life, not the cause. I've sold the white elephant (my house, some of you have been there), I've found a beautiful, more modest, home nearby that I'll moving into next month. I'm very excited. This will be my first home that is totally mine (I've owned 5 others). And the best part, I've have a very special person in my life that has brought me great joy and happiness. I am truley a blessed man. Eddie

Eddie, I am so happy for you. Isn't it amazing how after WLS everything else just seems to fall into place. Its like once we lose the weight, we allow ourselves to live again. And congrats to you and "the special person". You are both lucky to have found each other Mary

Congratulations Eddie on all your success! I'm so happy that your life is going in the direction you wanted it to go. May all your dreams continue to come true! Wow, 115lbs that is simply amazing in 6 mths. I'm only down 57 in 3 mths but I'm on the feeding tube and it actually makes me gain weight really fast. Hopefully I will only have to be on a few more days, I know when it comes out the weight will start back falling off. Take care hun!!! Robin
