**What did YOU eat today?-Thursday**
Not a good past two days for me with this stomach bug. I think what ever I eat finds it way back out in just a few minutes.
Breakfast- one boiled egg, one small grapefruit
Snack- small cup if low fat cottage cheese with a fruit cup, protien drink.
Lunch- chicken with melted cheese, orange
Snack- protein bar, four triscuits, another protien drink
Supper- not sure yet but maybe a salad if my tummy can handle it,
Water- not good today maybe 30 oz.
Vitamins- 1/2 this morning the other later after supper, plus my biotin.
Oh and I can't forget the last handful of jelly beans, they are all gone now, so hopefully I won't want any more candy. Been bad, I know, but sounds like I am in good company!
