A Wishin' and a Hopin' for my $2000 fee back from FSA
ok, people, pray, cross your fingers, whatever....I have completed my Medical Claim form this morning and called Cigna and they are allowing me to fax my claim form instead of mailing...maybe that'll save me a week of time from it going through the mail, sitting on someones desk, yadda yadda yadda...anyway, I just emailed my FSA...(see below, if you start at the second email, its kinda funny) and have CONFIRMATION (eyeroll) that they will reimburse my WHOLE $2000 once they receive my EOB saying they denied my claim...I should receive something within 14 days from now....please pray this will be enough and my fsa wont come up with, yet another, roadblock.....

Yes that is true as long as the explanation benefits form says that it is not a covered expense.... I have not received a Explanation of Benefits form to know if that is what it is going to say.

I have one other question re: my $2000 I want back from this company that I am already paying into....I just want to make double. triple sure...because it changes alot with this company.....I can submit a claim for the full $2000 and once I get the explanation of benefits you will reimburse me in FULL? Because I will be submitting to Cigna via mail tomorrow and I dont want anymore surprises and wishy washy mind changing once I receive my EOB saying its not covered and then needing a million other things with it...

Melissa,
On February 19th, Rose stated in an e mail to you "once you get the Explanation of Benefits from the insurance company, we can reimburse you what the insurance does not cover". This is not a new requirement. You can submit a bill and the Enrollment Agreement to the insurance company.
