I would like to say Thank you guys for getting me through my weight loss rut. Until today I had not lost in 2 weeks. Today I am happy to annouce I have lost 2 pounds. Thats a total of 56 pound since Feb. 7th...I know it wouldn't sound like much to some people. But to everyone on here 2 pounds is 2 pounds and it is good.......I love you all, Jennifer.

Congratulations - that is awesome. These stalls are killing me. I know any excuse, but I'm gonna stop working out and just concentrate on cardio - maybe that's my problem. Hopefully the scale will start moving again - down that is or I'm gonna take someone else's advice and beat the tar out of it.

You go Jennifer!!!!! I'm so happy that the scale is moving again for you. I'm able to eat a bit more and hope to have the feeding tube taken out soon but I noticed, when I eat I loose weight but if I only eat a few bites a day the scale wont move! Heck, it even moves up sometimes. Weirdest thing ever. Deb G said the same thing when I saw her over the weekend. I still have not exercised since I had the surgery on Jan.5th and have not had a single protein shake (a few sips once or twice a few mths ago but it makes me too sick so I said the heck with it and never tried it again) but I've lost 57 lbs so far. I gained 11 back from the feeding tube and have lost 6 of that since I have been able to eat more. There really are no tricks I think to help us loose weight, I think it's totally up to our body what we will and will not loose and how long it will take. I love our group because we all recognize this and support each other throughout. You just keep enjoying your new life day by day no matter what you loose. Remember you have friends here who love you any weight, any day. Talk to you soon hun!!! Robin

Hey girl, doesn't it feel great!!!! You got me by one pound. I am at 55 pounds lost. It must be because they did your surgery before mine that day. I am only kidding. You are doing great. This past weekend I saw so many people I have not seen in a while. It felt sooooooo good to have them swoon over my weight loss. If I heard it once I heard it 50 times how good I look. I even had a guy hitting on me all day Sat and that night. I ended up telling him Susan and I was gay to scare him off. That just interested him more, go figure. Then we told him we had a man, Trent. Poor Trent wasn't even there and we were using him as a way out. I am so proud of us. Just look where we have come in two months from that wonderful day, Feb 7th.

THAT IS SUCH WONDERFUL NEWS, MS JENNIFER! I REMEMBER WHEN I HAD LOST AROUND 50 #s ... IT WAS THE GREATEST FEELING! NICK TOOK TONS OF PICS OF ME & I PUT COMPARISON PICS IN MY PROFILE ... THE NEXT REALLY COOL ONE WAS WHEN I GOT INTO "ONE"DERLAND & THEN WHEN I HIT 100 #s LOST. NOW, I'M TRYING TO GET TO GOAL WHICH WOULD BE 140 #s DOWN, & AM REALLY STRUGGLING. I'M IN A 2 1/2 MONTH, YESSSSSS M-O-N-T-H, STALL BUT I'M NEARLY 18 MONTHS OUT. I JUST STARTED A WATER/PROTEIN SHAKE, ALL-LIQUID FAST FOR THE NEXT 3 - 5 DAYS ... I'VE DONE OK SO FAR ESPECIALLY CONSIDERING I DON'T PARTICULARLY LIKE SHAKES (I LOVE PROTEIN BARS & PUDDING) ... BUT, I'M GETTING A TINY BIT OF HUNGER ... OK, I'M TUFFFFFFFFF, I CAN DO THIS! BUT, I SURE WOULD LOVE SOMETHING SOLID RIGHT NOW ... ACTUALLY, IT'S NOT ALL THAT BAD, I'M SURPRISED. I HAVE MY 18-MONTH APPOINTMENT ON THE 30th OF THIS MONTH, SO I HOPE TO BE IN THE LOW 160s BY THEN. KEEP UP THE FANTASTIC EFFORTS & CONGRATULATIONS!!! GOD BLESS YOU ... DAWN & NICk
