I am so miserable here right now. So I'm gonna be brief with this post
bfast- eggs
snack - sm. Sf vanilla skinny latte & cheezits (threw the durned box away so I won't have any more)
lunch- protien shake...still working on it
snack - I don't know, but what I really want is an entire bag of Gardettos and a tub of ice cream
dinner - Chili maybe
Water: great
vitmains: check
exercise: 3 miles on the elliptical at lunch
Ugghh
I hang my head in shame today... I don't know what has gotten into me today.. but I've eaten like a " ho " all day!
B: 1/2 cup of coffee, can of diet pepsi and a yummy bag of cheeseto's from the vending machine.
S: about 5 lifesaver mints and a butterscotch candy
L: 1/4 of a grilled chicken Zalad and a Mt Dew ( yes.. I had a Mt Dew.. I never drink that crap!! But I was so thirsty!)
S: nothing YET.. but I'm sure I can find something unhealthy to shove into my mouth.
D: Who know's.. haven't planned anything YET
Water: Not a drop
Vits: Yep.. this AM .. and dropped the entire bottle on the kitchen floor.. they went everywhere... that should have been my clue to stay at home and stay in
Exercise: yea.. RIGHT...
I hope I can chalk this horrible day up to the last day of my period.. cause I can't imagine why I would torture myself for no darn reason... I'm so disgusted with myself right now...



Feeling sort of yucky today too. Probably the result of whining too much

lunch - 1/2 hamburger patty, 1/4 bun
snack - ???? maybe a special k bar
dinner - pieces of chicken and spinach with cheese
water - good, always thirsty
vitamins - not yet
exercise - not yet, I have good intentions though
Not doing good today. I have not had a good couple of days though. Gotta get myself out of this funk!!!!
Breakfast: CIB Vanilla! with protein
Snack: None
Lunch: 1 chicken thigh (fried, of course) and the skin off of a chicken leg
Snack: Raw trail mix
Dinner: I have no idea!
Water: sort of
Vits: Not yet
Exercise: I'm going to TRY really hard to get to the gym today after work. Still can't work out a lot because of my surgery but I need to get some cardio in at least.
Breakfast....2 eggs with cheese grits
Snack.... none
Lunch..... 2% cheese and a few reduced fat wheat thins
snack....leftover round steak cass. from last night with a little rice
dinner....roast and salad probably
Water...yes
vits...yes
exercise...sitting in the nutritionist's office during my workout time
I am planning on some yard work after dinner

Ok, I eat weird.
Breakfast: Cheese stick and 4-5 spoons of lima beans
snack: nuts
lunch: I forgeot to eat
snack: nuts
dinner: lima beans, rice, pork chops and corn bread (I hope to be able to eat)
Water: Doing great
vitamins: going to go get them now
excersise: Does chaising kids, cleaning house and working in the yard count?
not doing too good today either, my carboholic self.
Breakfast: protein shake, then later 1/2 fruit & yogurt parfait from McD
Snack: 8 mini rice cakes
Lunch: 1/2 of a microwavable white castle burger, 6 veggie crisp chips
snack: 1/2 small apple and about a dozen veggie crisp chips (yeah, I love em)
Dinner: nothing planned, maybe just a protein shake
water: 40 oz
Vitamin: yes
Exercise: walked 2 miles at lunch before I pigged out.
well ladies I have been eating like a heifer today so here I go
bkfst- leftover chicken breast from last night
snack- 1/2 light yogurt
snack again(about an hour later) 1/2 protein bar
lunch- 6 pizza rolls and a handful of sunchips
snack- more sunchips
dinner- leftover chili and cheese
water- about 16 oz maybe because i've been EATING all day
vitamins- not so good
exercise- walked my daughter to school.
I gotta get a job..sitting at home just makes me want to eat.. and if I go to the mall or something i can't buy anything so that ****** me off...there is only so much laundry I can do. I thought being at home would be fun. thanks for the mini-vent..
Breakfast- 2 pieces of cinnamon raisin toast, vanilla frappucino (took me hours to finish)
Lunch- half of one of those 99 cent frozen pizzas from the store
snack- a few (maybe 3 or 4) mini snickers on the way to my son's soccer game
Dinner- half of a spicy chicken sandwich from BK
snack- probably popcorn later on
vitamins- yep
water- none as usual, but almost 100+oz of diet green tea
exercise- only cheering for my son at the game
oink oink. Not a bad day today, but I could have skipped the candy and done fine, I guess. I'm going to see my PMD tomorrow and asking for a referral to a psychiatrist, wish me luck! I also fell in the shower this morning and think I may have sprained my wrist, so I'm feeling sorry for myself!
