**What did you eat today? - Tuesday**
Breakfast- 1/2 cup plain mini shredded wheat cereal and added cinnamon, 1 small carton of skim milk, cottage cheese with a fruit cup.
Snack- none was at work and had no time
Lunch- 4 oz. grilled chicken breast, small fruit cup size of green peas.
snack- none
Supper- small hamburger patty, 1/4 cup of slaw with FF mayo, and about 6 shoestring oven baked french fries
Snack- sourdough cracker with a teaspoon of PB.
Water- 60 oz.
vitamins- yes
exercise- worked my azz off today for 13 hours.
