Girlfriend it is so cool...the exercises are very minimall in movement but very effective. I used to teach aerobics before my accident in 1985 and this is wonderful...my 14yr old daughter loves it and does it almost daily. The only hard time I have is on my knees but the others exercises truly give you a work out w/o causing joint issues. I ordered mine when I watched the infomercial...I figured daughter and i could both use it. Joan

LOOKS LIKE A REALLY GOOD WORKOUT, MS JOAN. SO, WHEN YOU'RE DONE, YOU WILL HAVE THE BODY OF A BALLERINA, RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!! COOL! REALLY ... DID YOU TAKE "BEFORE" PICS TO COMPARE TO HOW YOU LOOK AFTER EXERCISING WITH IT? YOU MUST BE SO SELF-MOTIVATED. WE JUST SOLD A HOME GYM & HAVE A RECLINE BIKE & A CARDIO GLIDE (gonna sell them as well) ... & A POOCH WHO WOULD LOVE "MOMMY & DADDY" TO TAKE HER FOR A WALK (probably won't sell her ) & HERE WE SIT IN FRONT OF THE TV OR PC. LAST DITCH EFFORT ... WE FIGURED IF WE PAID FOR THE MEMBERSHIP & WE HAD TO SEE REAL PEOPLE WHO ARE IN FABULOUS SHAPE, & EXPLAIN WHY WE HADN'T ATTENDED, WE'D BE TOO EMBARRASSED NOT TO GO! EMBARRASSMENT , NOW THAT'S A MOTIVATOR! GOD BLESS YOU ... DAWN & NICK

Ok, here is goes.... SWEETS!!!! I have found that I can eat sweets and they do not tend to bother my pouch. So, I am going to give up sweets again. Don't need to get back into the habit of eating them. Only one thing for me, doing one thing at a time. --Kelly

Ok, I'm so confused now. Some of you have been able to eat SUGAR? Maybe I have technically too. The dietician Debbie told me as long as sugar is not listed as the first 3 ingredients OR the actual sugar grams is 5 or less I should be ok. Does this mean that technically I've been tolerating real sugar? And white carbs, I'm lost. I tried saltine crackers but they felt really weird going down but I thought we could not eat bread, and rice? I was actually able to eat 3 fetticine (SP?) noodles awhile ago and I was floored. I had braced myself for a dump but nothing happened! I guess I've been in a really limited box about what I try to eat. I'm always so afraid things will not go down right, so I stick with what I know is safe. I've got to eat more though because like Deb, if I don't eat, I don't loose any weight (of course I mean once this stupid feeding tube is out)! It is the weirdest thing ever but when I eat at least 3 small meals a day and drink some water I loose a pound or two by the next day, but if I only eat maybe a piece of fruit and some water the whole day, the scale has not moved the next morning. I had finally gotten down under 200 before the feeding tube got put in (196lbs) but now I'm back up to 203lbs. I go see Dr.B on Monday and I'm going to beg to have it removed. I really think I can eat now and hold the food down. I think my poor pouch just needed more time to heal. Hang on, this post wasn't about me was it? Sorry just had to get a few things off my mind. Love you all for listening. Robin

Yep, not everyone dumps. Or some people are like me, I dump SOMETIMES and just choose to take the chance and eat sugar anyway. I have spent a day in bed, then as soon as I felt better, reached for some more sugar. That is why I am seeing the therapist... and some people, the further out from surgery you are, don't dump as severely. It has something to do with your body "healing" itself and adapting to your new anatomy. just take my advice and don't start.
