Bad teacher outcome

Well, things didn't go exactlly as I had planned, but he got what they could give him. Because of the way the ticket was written up, Transfer of Beer to a miner, they charged him $232.50, took his drivers liscence for a year, and he has to pay $1500. for ASVAB program before he can even think of getting it back. The cop said when the Hwy dept gets notification of the suspension along with the DUI he got the 1st of March, it will probably be gone for 2 years plus SR22 insurance. I have already been to Dorchester School district#2, and now I am going to his work, Robert Bosch. The judge started by asking him if he was guilty or not. He said he was. Then the judge wanted to know if we wanted to address the court...well, we know I had a mouthfull to say. After I said all I had to say, the judge told him he only wished he was before him on other charges, that he personally wanted to lock him up. The teacher tried to say it didn't happen quite like I said it did. The judge said if it happened only 5% of how I said it happened, he still wish he could have locked him up. You could hear gasp in the courtroom when I kept repeating that this was his math teacher from last year. When it was over, we went t the hall to wait on the cop to come out, when the teacher came out of the courtroom, I was shaking. I wanted a peice of him so bad. I jumped infront of of him and started flapping my gums. He was a scared little P@$$y. He just tucked his tail and got out of there. But now we can put all of that bail money you have been saving for me to good use.......Do I hear ROAD TRIP!!!!!!!! Thank you all for all of your support. Deb Love, Deb

Hi Deb, I am so sorry for all that you had to go through. I have to say though that you are one strong woman and your children are very lucky to have such a wonderful mom who cares so much about them. That teacher messed with the WRONG woman/family. I wonder how many children he hurt prior to your son, but now you were the one that got things taken care of! This must have taken quite the toll on you. YOU DESERVE A ROAD TRIP. Congratulations on getting that jerk what he deserves!!! I pray that nothing else like this happens and that you and Seth can heal and move on in a more positive direction in your lives.
