**What did YOu eat today? - Tuesday**
Hey to all of my friends out there!!! I missed you all on Monday night. Hope to come
next time. School is coming to a close for my girls and they are having extra tests and
projects due.
I have been doing pretty well... I didn't think I could but I have cut down on my carbs and sugar and I finally broke my platau. I am down 2 more pounds.
Well here goes...
B: 1 1/2 oz of cheese
S: none
L: small salad w/ham/lima beans/unsweet tea
S: soy nuts
D: small salad/w/chicken
S: dunno
water: great
Vit: doing that after I quit here
Exer: nope---got home late and have house work.
Great idea Kathy for the 30 day challenge. It has helped me think more about what I
am eating and concentrate more on protein.
