Getting Discouraged, need help PLEASE!!!

Hang in there. It will take time. As long as you are drinking your NO Calorie drinks, eating your protient & supplementing what you cant get in with protien shakes, and excercising== Things will pick up. Keep trying. You are losing still. Imagine if the loss continues over the next 18 months.
