9 month check up

I had my 9 month check up today with Dr B... he said I was looking good and my progress was looking good.

I can't believe it has been 9 months... I would do this again in a heartbeat!!! I also want to take this time to tell my UPS group how much I appreciate you and love all of you. I would not have made it this far without you all.

WTG Pam! Dr. B is right, you are looking great. Keep up the great progress, your a sweetie and deserve only the best things in life. Time flies when your on the weight loss road, I remember meeting you for the first time the day before your surgery and your weight loss has been amazing ever since then. Hope to see you at Mondays meeting!
