The Beckham's...

OK.. I just don't get it.. what's the big freakkin deal that a family from England has moved to Calif. .. and more importantly.. why is it news-worthy?  I understand the man plays soccer.. and from what I hear.. he's pretty good at it.. however, soccer isn't our national past time... aren't there more news-worthy things going on in the world then this?? Like... Paris telling Larry King that she votes every year for the new president! (( Or.. that Rick Springfield is back on General Hospital.. and is playing a double role !! ))  I mean COME ON! Who cares about a skinny ass soccer player from England when we have Paris casting that all important vote for president!! She could be that one tie breaking vote ya know!

I'm with you sister. Our news stations must be hurting for something to report about. Heck I'd never heard of him or his spice wife until they started running it in the ground over the weekend.

I would rather watch re-runs from the 4th of July hotdog eating contest..... then to sit down and watch an hour show of the "Village Idiot's Come To Town".. But.. that's just me !

Paris votes every year for President??!?!? Wow!  I only get to vote every 4 years!!!  Must be nice to be so priveledged. Its funny since the year she participated in the Vote or Die campaign, she didn't vote at all herself!  Hehe. And ummmm...I have a confession to make.  I am borderline obsessed with Victoria Beckham's looks.  I want to look just like her!!!!  If I had to take photo to a Plastic surgeon.  It would be hers. Or maybe Angelins Jolie...

My sweet sweet Kathy...  Mz. Beckham doesn't have all that much going for her. No boobage... a bad hair cut.. and to me.. she's way UNDER weight.. I'd wanna take her to McDonalds and shove a Big Mac down her throat.. (( with a diet coke to chase that with.. !!!!))

YOU are much more beautiful... you look healthy... you have a great personality.....AND.. to top it all off....you have that nice thick hair women envy... (( not to mention a Hello Kitty cell phone charm!! ))

 

 

I have to agree with Kathy ... I love Victoria Beckham's style.  If I had money, I'd want to dress just like her.    But I will never understand the media fascination and the "news" reports ...  America's obsesson with celebrities is outta control.  (I say this, and yet I check the gossip sites daily.  It's a sickness.)

I totally agree....and I'm British!!!!! I came to the USA to get away from them, he does have some talent, I can appreciate his soccer/football skills, but she is famous for being able to starve herself into Kid's clothes and lie about her implants
