Sat meeting

Just a little reminder about the LCBB group meeting tomorrow, Sat @ noon.  It looks like we will have some new faces to join us. Susan wants me to remind everyone who is doing the walk/run on the 20th, to be at the meeting to pick up your shirts and stuff. See ya tomorrow. Deb

Not sure if I'll make it to the meeting or not since I had to have the cops bring me home drunk and all..But anyways I need to pick up 3 shirts for someone so I'll get with you Deb.

THANK YOU DEB!     You did a great job, and I learned a lot at the meeting.   I appreciate all the hard work that was put into this meeting and I really like the idea of a topic each week/bi weekly or however often the group will meet.    I do have my cholest. checked regularly, but honestly I do not know the numbers... my dr. did take me off the medications after 3 mos out from my surgery and I have not had to go back on meds... thank goodness!     I do think that I should have it checked again soon though and this time I will remember your tips on "H" and "L"     I know that you put so much time/effort into all of the food and hand-outs and we had a great turn out for the first sat meeting.        We should have a NAME for the group!     It was so nice to see old friends, meet new ones and talk to each other and support each other.    After the meeting I even got to see Tally at the produce stand!      Hope to get to the thurs night meeting soon too.      hugs!
