I hit the 170's

I hit the 170's   yeah! 179   and feel so good,   other than a few breathing problems due to the heat and hummidity.    54 pounds to goal.  and  I'm 4 months out..........but I lost 62 before surgery.      This time last year I weighed around 325 but when I started Dr Bour's program I weighed in at 301.     I am patting my self on the back and praising the Lord and Dr Bour and My Dear Sis Teresa.   I would not have been able to have WLS if it had not been for her.  I have a life again.      The whole team at Dr B's have been great.    I hope to be at goal by Dec.  in time for Christmas.   And I want clothes from Santa.......and  a Make Over....LOL    I knew I would feel better but never dreamed it would be like this......I am so glad to have made this decision for myself.           My Dear Hubby thinks so too!    later...
