I went to Goodwill the other day. I bought 2 shirts. They are 2x. They fit. HEY!!!. I started out in a 3x. I also went to the doctor's on Monday. He said my weight loss is good. I go back in November for blood work.

WTG Wendy!! You are doing fantastic on your weight loss. I know for me...watching my clothes get loose was the best measurement I had for knowing I was losing weight. Nothing like the feeling of something previous too tight and then fitting perfectly! Keep up the great job and keep us posted on your triumphs!! Lori
