LCBB Thursday Meeting

Hi All. I know it is the holidays and a lot of you are going to be busy , but Barbara and I felt like we need to be there for each other if possible .....so, we are going to Texas Roadhouse this Thursday at 6:00. It is across from K-Mart........... Please let me know if you are planning to come so that I can call and reserve a spot on Thursday morning. Hope to see you there! Susann

I know exactly how you feel. We went to a Christmas party yesterday and it was hard to stay away from the food. I drank a bottle of water which helped curb the real hunger, but the "head hunger" was definitely there. But just think how good we will look next year! See you Thursday night! Susann

WHEN MY BRAINS WOKE UP, I MADE MYSELF GET SOME WARM CRYSTAL LITE TO DRINK & FOUND SOMETHING CONSTRUCTIVE TO DO. BUT, I WAS IN THAT FRIG JUST LIKE IN MY OLD LIFE JUST AS QUICK AS YOU PLEASE ... Hi All, We are leaving for my brother's house in Atlanta on Thursday. I hope everyone has a very, Merry and blessed Christmas!! I had a quarter sized bite of pound cake I made for the holiday, and it tasted wonderful. I was actually mourning all the goodies, but then realized I would be in smaller sizes when all my friends would be in larger sizes at the end of the holidays!! It has been a little "food sad" this year, but our health will be sooo much better!! I keep telling myself I am not missing much, but its been hard this year! Miss you! See you next year!! ha ha How is "Sabo" doing? Anyone heard about her surgery today? Merry Christmas, Deborah
