I'm amazed

I got on the scale today and I weighed 212. My highest weight ever was 280. I haven't been 212 since I was pregnant with my 14 year old, which is when I began to gain weight. I haven't quite taken this in, so I'm not even that excited yet, just amazed. God Bless Dr. Byrne and MUSC for allowing us a second chance to regain our health and live our lives fully and God Bless all of you for all of the friendship, support, and understanding. I don't think that one can understand all of these emotions unless you've been there or you are on your way. Mary PS I was on the treadmill the other day and I actually jogged some...I can't believe that I could jog and somewhat enjoy it. Live is wonderful
