How do you add the HOT topic?

How do you add HOT to the front of your post?? I only see one for priority.

I think the HOT is based on the number of responses to the post, so you can't add it yourself.

ADDED YOU TO THE WEIGHT LOSS THREAD ... HOW MUCH HAVE YOU LOST SO FAR?

I'M NOT SURE BUT I GOT IT TO COME UP ONCE ... HIT "HOT" ON THE INDEX PAGE 1st, THEN CLICK ON "POST" ... SEE IF THAT WORKS.
