I've gotta figure out how to get my medical records from 5 years ago even though I didn't go to a family doctor back then.... I would just go to who I needed to since I didn't need any referals.... gotta find out for sure what bc/bs of ga wants for approval as well.... last time I called Jenny told me I was covered for the surgery and when I asked what was required she said she didn't see anything.... so not sure who I have to call now to find out...... I gotta do a 6 week diet since I have no record of any diet least my family doctor started weighing me a couple of weeks ago Also gotta get recommendations from my family doctor and my other surgeon..... I hope the other surgeon isn't mad cause I went with a doctor in Spartanburg instead of the ones in Cha. NC but after 22 phone calls and never getting to talk to anyone up there I kinda felt like I didn't need to use that office ......... well that's all in a nut shell I gotta get busy getting all that pile of paper work done... they want to know everything about you plus ....... I don't even think I know myself that good Stephie

WELL, YOU'RE ON YOUR WAY NOW, MS STEPHIE ... YES MA'AM, THERE'S A LOT OF PAPERWORK, BUT BE DETAILED IN EVERYTHING! IT'S WORTH ALL THE WORK! BE SURE TO LET ME KNOW HOW MUCH YOU LOSE ON YOUR 6 WEEK PRE-OP DIET & I'LL PUT IT ON THE SC WEIGHT LOSS LIST. GOD BLESS DAWN & NICK

oh I forgot I also took a tape recorder with me and taped everything he said.... I was so scared I would forget something ....... *lol*

Hi stephanie..I was also at that seminar!!(the one at srmc with Dr.Ross) I just joined this website today...looks really neat. I am making all the proper phone calls and trying to start the paperwork. I wish you luck and who knows....maybe we will cross paths again someday!!

I love this site I've learned so much on here ..... got about 4 more papers to get together and then call Norma..... I wish you luck as well and who knows maybe we'll have re-birthdays together.... *hugs* Stephie
