IF YOU OVERDOSE ON PROTEIN REGULARLY, YOU PUT YOURSELF AT RISK FOR GETTING KIDNEY STONES ... NON-WLS PEOPLE ARE AT GREATER RISK FOR THIS BUT "POUCH BABIES" DO HAVE A RISK AS WELL. SO, NO MEGA-DOSING (ABOVE 25-30 GRAMS) ON PROTEIN AT ANY ONE TIME. TAKE GOOD CARE OF YOURSELVES!
