I JUST LEARNED THAT OUR BODIES CAN ONLY DIGEST SO MUCH PROTEIN AT ANY ONE TIME. THE BEST WAY TO GET YOUR PROTEIN IN IS EVERY 3 - 4 HOURS, NO MORE THAN 25 GRAMS AT A TIME ... 60 GRAMS BEING THE ABSOLUTE LOWEST DAILY INTAKE & 80-100 GRAMS BEING THE BEST AMOUNT TO SHOOT FOR DAILY. IF YOU OVERDOSE ON PROTEIN REGULARLY, YOU PUT YOURSELF AT RISK FOR GETTING KIDNEY STONES ... NON-WLS PEOPLE ARE AT GREATER RISK FOR THIS BUT "POUCH BABIES" DO HAVE A RISK AS WELL. SO, NO MEGA-DOSING (ABOVE 25-30 GRAMS) ON PROTEIN AT ANY ONE TIME. TAKE GOOD CARE OF YOURSELVES! GOD BLESS DAWN & NICK
