At the end of my first week of Optifast I was down 4.4 lbs. Yesterday I added another 5.8 lbs for a total of 10.2!!!!! Only 1 week and 6 days left until surgery Melissa

I amaze myself at how excited I get for each one of us ...some might say I'm little co-dependent ...but I don't care...I know it's the start of something new and beautiful...a rebirth of sorts.
