HIT ANOTHER GOAL

Yes Ma'am, it certainly does. &, every day post-op erases weeks of bad health pre-op! I cannot believe how great I feel now. Nick & I were actually talking about my "early death" before suregery; that's how bad it was, especially my heart issues. Now, we're talking about our dream of getting a motor home & traveling around our great nation ... & about starting a home business we can take with us when we travel. What a huge difference! I think I mentioned that we just "rescued" a dog from the SPCA - she's so cute ... Either a Beshingi/German Shepard mix or a Jack Russel Terrier/German Shepard mix. She's a medium-small dog ... Coloring of a German Shepard but the size of a Beshingi or Jack Russel. Well, we started walking MISS NATASHA most evenings. Each night I can walk further & further ... It is awesome! I have been "planning" on cleaning out our entire house & garage since we moved in 2 years ago. You know ... throw away, give away, sell ... Well, guess what??? I started on the kitchen this week. Oh my gosh!

hey--- I'm down to 165 lbs. Feeling good..size 12..Med. shirts... I leave Tue @ 435pm out of charlotte. Yes, I feel really good. Wayne is real excited to see us. Since being here i've been just staying with my parents..but in the course of a year, i've accumlated some STUFF so i've just mailed myself 11 boxes in Germany of STUFF Then i already have 3 of 4 suitcases packed so I'm ready! I leave at 7am for a 24 hour trip to Myrtle Beach with a girlfriend of mine so I can't complain one bit..We will be together with Wayne as a family in our home in Germany in around 3 weeks..

A 12 & A MEDIUM IS CLOTHING HEAVEN. CONGRATULATIONS ON SHOPPING IN THE "NORMAL" SIZES ... NO LETTERS AFTER THE NUMBERS. LET ME SEE, THE LAST TIME I WAS A 14-16 WAS IN 1995-1996 WHEN I GOT DOWN TO 172, SO WHO KNOWS WHEN I WAS A 12 ... I HONESTLY CANNOT EVEN REMEMBER. I DO REMEMBER BEING A 9-10 WHEN I WAS IN MY LATE 20s AFTER GOING ON A DOCTOR-SUPERVISED STARVATION DIET ... I MEAN LITERALLY A STARVATION DIET ... HIS IDEA WAS 1 PIECE OF FRUIT A DAY, INJECTIONS OF WHO-KNOWS-WHAT & MEDICATION, WHICH TURNED OUT TO BE MASSIVE DOSES OF UPPERS. HE ACTUALLY GOT HIS LICENSE PULLED FOR THAT STUNT. BUT, NONE OF US KNEW WHAT WE WERE ON AS IT WAS HIS "SPECIAL" FORMULA! I SURE LOST WEIGHT, BUT THAT WAS THE BEGINNING OF THE END FOR ME WEIGHT WISE AS IT REALLY MESSED UP MY MOTABOLISM & HEALTH SO MUCH! THAT IS WONDERFUL ... ENJOY YOUR VISIT WITH YOUR GIRLFRIEND & KEEP US POSTED, MS HEATHER!

The great thing about this journey is that there are so many different "successes" along the way, that we seem to walk from success to success! Even in the frustrating moments, it's still the best weight loss/health journey I've ever taken!

Sure did miss you last night .Iam sure you will bounce back. Hope your feeling better. I went to MUSC today got all the classes done to get the surgery. Now its just waiting for the insurance ok but I have Madicare so i should not have to much trouble so I am told. the Date they are aiming for now is mid June..Hope to see you next Thursday.

Well I am very disappointed today. Called MUSC to see if they have a date for me yet and she said its not even mailed in yet for the ok.She tells me now that it will be at least the end of July or Augest befor i am schualed. sob sob sob. I was all siked up for June. Well see you all next Thursday. miss yous all !!!!!
