Topic: In need of motivation
Hello Everyone!  I haven't posted in a long time I know.  I am having issues with the plateau I have reached.  I am 2 years post op I lost onver 100 pounds and got down to about 169, whicH I was pretty happy with, but then I stalled out and now I have begun to teeter up and down.  It is very frustrating.  I am planning to do the 5 day pouch test but that is only a quick fix I fear.  Not only that, I have commitment issues when it comes to sticking to something like that, I have no will power, hence the reason I even need the gastric bypass.  I am afraid I will fail before I even start.  I would really benefit from an accountability partner in excercise as well.  I always wimp out and put it off.  Any suggestions or  motivational quips?

Topic: Feel like poop after eating.
OK, just want to say hey to everyone, it's been awhile since I have made a post. I am almost 3 years out of surgery and lately I have been experiencing feeling crappy after eating. It doesn't matter what I eat, it almost feels like dumping, but not as bad. I have checked my blood surgar before eating and after when I start to feel bad, and my blood sugar has never been over 110 or too low, usually runs in the 80's - 90's all the time. Is anyone else having the same feeling this far out of surgery? My zinc level was low but I have been taking a zinc suppliment as suggested by my Dr. I'm just curious as to what it could be. Guess I need to call Dr. Bours office, lol.

Hugs!
Mary

Topic: RE: Dr. *****ett/Tribble patients...questions
I met with my Surgeon on the my first "official" appointment.  I was approved by my insurance within 48 hours of that visit so I know it was immediate that they sent in my information.  I was on the operating table within 3 months of my first appointment.  Dr. *****ett was my surgeon and he is totally awsome!!  I love him!  I am not 1 year and 5 months out and have surpassed my goal.  It has been a life changing experiance and I would do it over and over again.  I have had no problems with my surgery and when I say no problems I mean NO problems...   The advice I would give to anyone having any type of weight loss surgery is to listen to your doctor and do exactly what is told to you and things will run smooth.  Good luck to you and I hope you see Dr. *****ett although I have heard wonderful things about Dr. Tribble as well.

Best Wishes,
