Topic: Is Losing Weight an ART? ;-)
The reason so many dreams "whither on the vine" is that they fail to get planted in the fertile soil of our senses.
We keep EVERYTHING up in our heads!
Then we "go unconscious" about remembering all the plans we formulate.
Weeks turn into months turn into years and wistfulness turns into resignation...
When I took my first Intro to ART THERAPY class at the Atlanta College of Art I was blown away by the power of creativity to introduce me to parts of myself I was only dimly aware of. It was truly a spiritual awakening that made it safe for me to BEGIN the journey of learning to live IN my (then size 3X) body.
After I became a certified DREAM COACH(r) I experimented with ways of incorporating elements of art working into my life coaching. I created a series of workshops called,
"PRAYING IN PICTURES" that I've conducted in Unity and UnitarianUniversalist congregations.
Now, for the 1st time! I've created an ART WORKSHOP designed to introduce you to the art of expressing your dreams for your future life AFTER you've lost the weight and gotten healthy!
The images, objects and wisdom words you create in this workshop will surround you with support, celebration and focus on creating the life of your dreams.

Jason's wrecked bike and body were found. He wa**** by someone who fled the scene and left him to die.

I was just made aware that my nephew who is 28 went missing between Jacksonville Florida and Knoxville Tennessee. He was traveling on a motorcycle alone and was going up I95 to 26.
His last cell phone call was at 1am Sunday from Garden City SC when he stopped for fuel.
His name is Jason Holt and he was on a 2004 Harley Night Train.
If anyone knows of any reports of a motorcylist in an accident around that route please contact me!!!!
Prayers are requested as well. He is married and a father of two. We are just going crazy!
