Problem with thighs

Hi Leticia, I  will be heading home on Friday.  I see two Dr.'s tomorrow, one being my PCP here, get some things from the storage unit, and then start home on Friday.  I am hoping that my pcp here can do something to make this feel better for the trip.  I just wish I had the strength to do things, but between the infection and the pain, it's all I can do is to do the things I need to do.  I keep it propped up, the peri strips they put on it last night came off during the night and my underwear and gown are wearng the drainage from the infection.  A part of it is turning green and that scares me.  I certainly don't want this to get into my blood system.  I already have cancer of the blood, I don't need to to have an infection in it too.  Thank you for your support. So sorry about your thigh.  I will keep you in my thoughts. 

 

Thank you for your continued prayer and support.  I could handle the infection if it weren't for the intense pain.  I will be leaving for Lebanon on Friday and hopefully after I see my PCP tomorrow afternoon, that he'll be able to do something to relieve the pressure of the infection. Thank you, the Dilaudid helps with the pain, but so far the cipro hasn't helped much as the infection is worst.  I hope it gets better soon too.  Love Kathy

Kathy I wish I could drive you home, IF YOU REALLY NEED me to please let me know and i wil;l figure something out have my sis come pick me up or something then have hubby come get me.   hugs Annrenee

I can handle the drive, I stop to rest my legs and walk around.  If I am tired I stop and rest for a while.  I appreciate your offer, but please know, the only thing on my mind at the moment is getting the stuff from the shed loaded.  I will do that in the morning. I would have done it this afternoon, but the thighs were in too much pain to do much at all.  Love ya, Kathy
