Lap-band releif from reflux??????

Has anyone ever heard of someone (who also meets the criteria for wls) getting the lap-band to releive severe reflux or gerd???

 Good morning ...Post  all your lap band questions on the lap band forum ... you should get many repiles from those that have had this problem before getting their band . I have read many, many posts  on the band forum where they have all said they no longer had reflux/gerd. and also many other health problems have completely dissappeared  like sugar diabetes..I never had gerd/reflux  so I can't answer that question ... I have high blood pressure and now I cut my pills in half    lately even that seems to be too much .The best of luck to you!
