Fort Lauderdale Event

Well its a beautiful sunny Sunday morning in Fort Lauderdale...  we are leaving today, headed back home to Nashville where I hear its colder than the sunny 83 degrees here.  Boo hoo.   I had a wonderful time at the BE event.  Tim & I did our own mini vacation and while we joined the scheduled events, the rest of our time was spent out and about... spontaneously visiting stores (you can't think I wouldn't shop while on vacation!) and restaurants.  My favorite experiences were visiting the seafood restaurant, "Blue Moon Fish Company" where we sat outside and enjoyed the intercoastal view.  And, when we visited the beach where the tide was full and high...  it flooded the streets and it was fun watching the people run from the waves.   Two days I watched the sun rise... something I had never done before but always desired to do.  It was magnificient.  We did get some rain on Thursday and saw the fierce clouds and waves from our hotel as we looked out over the ocean. I posted some pics on my profile...  it will definitely be good to get back home though.  I miss my pillow.

It looks like you have had a wonderful time and that dress, looks FAB on you!!!!  By the way, the tall and skinny tree sure is a lot larger than the skinny person standing in front of it!!!  Face it you are ity bity, skinny thing!!  LOL
