Sue, here is the recipe I was talking with you and Tara about. SUGAR FREE EGGLESS EGGNOG 5 cups milk 1-2 cups ff half & half (depending on how thick you like it) One 4-serving-size sf vanilla instant pudding powder 3 tablespoons Splenda granular 1 1/2 teaspoons nutmeg (fresh is BEST!) 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 2 teaspoons brandy or rum extract 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Whisk all together and let chill for at least an hour. May need to add more milk if you like it thinner. Serve, of course, with a grating of fresh nutmeg dusted over each icy, creamy mug of holiday heaven.............Sorry, got carried away! this is from BE's LindaF It is really good.

Freddie said to leave out the cinnamon, nutmeg and rum flavoring and it's like boiled custard.

Cheryl: I'm really a fan of both nog and custard but boiled custard is the one I love most!  Just like Susan says...leave out the spices and you will be soooooo happy! Big smile! Freddie
