Uh Oh... Protein Problem... Help!!!

I cannot drink any of the proteins just mixed with water. If it's fruity I put around 4 oz of whatever flavor of Crystal Lite I like in my little blender with 4 or more ounces of ice and a scoop of protein powder ( whatever will get me between 25 g of protein and 30 g of protein and no or low carbs and whizz it around and then I drink it COLD COLD COLD while I can almost fool myself that it's like a milkshake. Any other flavors like vanilla or chocolate the same thing except I add sugar free chocolate or sugar free strawberry or some other SF syrup to them to make them palatable.

USE MILK! SOY MILK OR FAT FREE SKIM MILK OR LACTOSE FREE MILK WHATEVER you can to get it down try a whole lot of different things you need your protein.
