What Did U Eat Today? Tues.
Good evening! Looks like I am a bit earlier than usual. Hope you all had a wonderful day and were able to enjoy the sun as it poked through. After my lunch time, I went outside and sat at a picnic table with some co-workers while they ate their lunch. The sun was warm and I soaked it up! As one lady said, "Feel that vitamin D!" and I agreed since my D levels were low at the last lab count.
It's that time again. Time to talk food. What we ate, what we didn't eat but wanted! I came home and cooked something easy and it is quite tasty. I am about to go out to the Goodwill hoping to find some bargains! Here are my choices today.
Early Morning Protein
I started with a half Matrix/half syntha 6 combo but didn't drink but 1/4. I put it in the fridge to enjoy later!
Breakfast
Nectar cappuccino in coffee
then later switched back to the chocolate mocha shake! and it was yummy!
Lunch
I had the last of the chicken salad with some Kay's Naturals White Cheddar Kruncheez pieces
Then I had 2 tiny bites of Supreme Protein Peanut butter krunch
Afternoon Protein
I took 1.5 oz of New Whey Grape, added 1 bottled water with a sleeve of grape Walmart crystal lite version single and it tasted just like kool aid!
Then later I had a yogurt with granola
Supper
Ground turkey with diced tomatoes, cheese, spaghetti sauce and one sundried tomato which I did not like the tomato. They are cheapos.
Don't forget your vitamins!! So what did you have to eat today?
Hi Melinda. I'm glad you got to enjoy your lunch outside. I walked the Riverwalk and it was sprinkling but I loved every minute of it. I did much better today, yesterday I overate at Supper and I was soooo sick.
Breakfast- 2 ozs. of EAS Cafe Caramel RTD Protein Drink
Lunch- Some Shrimp Dip, about 4 bites of grilled chicken and 3 bites of steak (it sounds like a lot but it wasn't) I shared lunch with hubby and ate off of his plate.
Supper- 1/2 of grilled chicken breast
