Last night at Walmart I found something I thought I would share. I found some sets of popsicle molds for anyone who wants to make their own pops at home. I thought I might freeze protein shakes into pops and see how it goes. The molds were a buck for a set of 4. They were in an odd place though here at the local walmart. They were with some plasticware, not odd, but both with the water toys for the pool. I got a couple and will try them out later. Just thought someone might be interested. Blessings, Karen

You are welcome, dear. And thanks for trying out the Body Fortress for me. I tried the vanilla this morning and loved it. I was really afraid I wouldn't like the taste of protein shakes but it was great. I mixed the vanilla with a cup of skim milk and a packet of crystal light orange early rise (walmart brand). It was so good. Like a dreamsicle. It was sweet though. Thanks again Melinda. Blessings, Karen

Well now, there ya go!  You are quickly learning and on the rise to be a Protein Diva!  I was wondering what kind of protein shake you were going to freeze...  an orange dreamsicle!

OMG!!!!!!!! I loved orange dreamsicle/push-ups/sherbert. I gotta get me some vanilla and try this. I allready use the orange sleeve and love it, so I'm sure I will love this too. Did you use one scoop of vanilla? I wonder how it would be with fat free milk. Thanks, Cheryl

Hi, Cheryl, I used one scoop and that equals about 26 grams of protein with the brand I got at Walmart. It was so good. The last time I had any kind of protein shake, I was a teenager and it was when Herbal Life was popular. Couldn't stand the stuff. I was so relieved when I tried this. It is wonderful. You will love it, Cheryl. Blessings, Karen

Just keep in mind that any protein you mix up must be kept in a sealed container and consumed within 48 hours of mixing or the protein breaks down and is unusable in our bodies. That's what I've been told anyway.
