Breaking the Barrier
WAY TO GO, WENDY!!!! Isn't it wonderful?! I made it there myself a few weeks ago and I still can't believe I'm under 200. Went yesterday for 6mo. checkup and was at 186.5. My personal goal is 150 but Dr. said I should try for 140 so I guess my new goal is 140. 46.5 more pounds to go.
Keep up the good work. You still going to try to do the marathon?

Thanks Melissa. Glad you got a good report from the doctor and that your weight is still coming off so well. I'm still working out - not as much as I was, so that has to change and I have to get busy and get back in the gym. Yes, I'm still planning on running the 1/2 Music City Marathon in April, so I've really got to get busy and start training. There is no way I can just walk up to the starting line and expect to do it if I don't get busy with my training. Another reason to get in the gym more than 2 times per week. Oh well, it will happen, I just have to make up my mind to do it and then just DO IT. Keep up the good work girl. Oh, I got my lab results on Thursday from my 6 month check up the week before. They were thrilled with my results. Said all my numbers were well within the normal range. My cholesterol was 123 - I couldn't believe it, I don't know that it has ever been that low before. So, I've decided healthy is a very good thing.
