Protein Ice Cream

Hey Guys!  I hope each and every one of you are having a great day!  I just thought I would pass on my newest protein ice cream...White Chocolate.  YUMMY!

All in all, the protein ice cream is just a protein shake poured into an ice cream freezer.  So, if you try any of these recipes, just remember what phase of the game you are on.

Boy these recipes sound wonderful.  I will have to take the time to make one of them...before I get too busy with school.
