Lap Band on 03/26/08
worked 9 hours today, then to the track for a brisk 3 mile walk in 48 minutes.
Boy was it hot!!!

 I worked 4 hours today. I had alot to get out on the shelves including heavy hams.  I just got back from walking the dogs 1.5 miles. Its still humid out there.
