Help...Ive asked this before a long time ago but forgot the answer
I was told it would pay for a panniculectomy only. However, I no longer have TennCare. I was also told to get it covered you would need to prove necessity other than just cosmetic. You will need to have documented issues such as rashes etc. to show a medical reason why you need the skin removed.
