FINALLY at normal BMI !!!

Didn't think I would ever hit it !! I was going up and down for the last month, my body did not want to let go of the two pounds keeping me from a normal BMI !!! After my run tonight I got on the scale. ( OK OK, I know...I cheated...it was AFTER the run that I weighed but oh well !!!) It said 164 lbs !!!! That puts me out of the overweight catagory into a normal BMI !! YAY !!!!!!! AND I also bought 3 size 8 dresses today. The new running shoes are STILL a size 10..but of well...Can't win um all !!! ..If someone messes with me I will be able to stomp their lights out..hehehe It is funny how when I was 100+ pounds heavier my feet looked so small and now how they look like skiis. Sorry...it is almost 3am..doesn't take much to amuse me at this hour. Love to you all !!! Dana

O Dana .. you take the numbers how ever you get them .. Woot Woot .. that is awesome ... Normal ... I love that freaking word .. I know you are excited .. And the shoe thang .. OMG when I started seeing my feet again .. you are right .. mine do look like skis .. LOL .. Congrats on the new BMI ... you so deserve it .. Love ya , Natalie

Congratulations Dana! Don't you feel terrific! Thank you for the reminder, too. I hadn't recalculated mine since I lost 8 pounds the week of this surgery. I'm normal, too!. You look great and if you are coming to the Winter conference you can show of those 8s, --or maybe a 6 by then. Hugs, Lois

Congrats Dana. I made it to onederland. I am afraid i will look anorexic at a normal bmi. I am smaller now at 198 than i was in 6th grade. Trying to accept myself as I am and be happy w/ it. I only feel fat a few days now. Used to be every day. I am afraid of skin issues in the future. Have to find some help paying for the plastics LOL. You have done wonderful. Shannon
