Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!

I just wanted to wish all my friends on this site a very Merry Christmas!!! I hope you enjoy the holiday with your loved ones and treasure every moment of it. For the new ops - don't worry - this is just one day out of the year where you may be restricted this year but by next year you will have even more reasons to celebrate! The rest of us just have to remember that we don't want to blow a year of hard work on one or two days! Be careful! We still need to drink our protein, take our supplements and drink plenty of liquid - our body does not rest because it is a holiday! I want to thank everyone on this board for the love and support I have had since my surgery and since I joined this board. I truly feel like I have a great big extended family - one that I could pick - unlike some other family members that I was given lol!! You have all been part of my recovery and a huge part of my life. I could not have done this without you! I love you all!! I am sure 2007 is going to be a good year for us!
