I am crying but it's a happy cry. I weighed in this morning at 145. I have lost 100 pounds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My BMI is normal. Let me say that again....I don't quite believe it. My BMI is normal. Doing the happy dance.
WOW 100 pounds................amazing. This is very surreal right now. I have lost a small person. I think I am in shock. 100 pounds keeps running through my mind, but my mind doesn't seem to be registering the fact.
I am having a fantastic time here in Colorado. But I can't wait to get back home.
That is great keep up the good work. You have now hit the century club. I am so proud of you and you have done so good. 
I can't wait to see you when you get back.
