Just a reminder, our December Support Group Holiday Party is quickly approaching!! Jeanne and I are working on the date and place of this extravaganza! We will let you know! If anyone has suggestions for the party, please email me at [email protected] and we will certainly review all requests!!
Again, please bring in bariatric friendly dishes for everyone to share! Also, if you know the recipe ahead of time, email it to me and I will be more than happy to make copies to pass around to the group!! We are still working on our bariatric cookbook, so bring those recipes in-OK? Jeanne and I will supply the utensils, plates, napkins, cups and drinks!
To ALL Pre-op Patients: The December party does NOT count towards your support group attendance since it is a party! It will be our only support group for the month of December due to the holidays! Thanks so much!!

ATTENTION: ALL KEMPSVILLE LAKES SUPPORT GROUP ATTENDEES
Due to the Thanksgiving Holiday, the Support Group usually held on 4th Thursday of the month (11/22), will be held instead on Thursday, 11/15. The time will remain 6:30 – 8:30 pm. The place will remain the Kempsville Lakes Community Clubhouse. Thanks!

Just a reminder that the October 18 Lap Band Support Group will be held at the ECPI building at 5555 Greenwich Rd, Va Beach. The time will remain 6:30-8:30 pm. Thanks!
