TGIF!!!! THANK GOODNESS ITS FRIDAAAAAAAAYYYY!

Good am all! THANK GOODNESS ITS FRIDAY! This has for sure been a week of LOTS. The Sick Fairy lifted her butt off the buggas last week and dontcha know THIS week its been my turn. Sick Fairy =  I'm doing the hacking and horking up a lung deal mixed with a runny nose and the oh so fun headache. GRRRR Be gone Sick Fairy!! I got LIFE to live!! So, how are YOU doing this morning?? Good I hope. Its the close of another week. Did you accomplish what you set out for the week?? How great does it feel to accomplish things? I accomplished a few things that I've been meaning to and I'm happy bout that. Today will be laundry and some minor cleaning up, an appointment for 11:30, probably a late lunch and then back home to get my oldest bugga off the bus and our weekend begins.  Speaking of the weekend what's your plans?? I'm planning on taking Kayla to see the Bee Movie and quite possibly hitting up adults to see Dan in Real Life which I hear is magnificent/touching. Not much else thinking I'll get into the next 2 Donna VanLiere books and read, read, read. Of course there will be time in nature. Plan to rake leaves into pile for the buggas and their friends and drink lots of coffee and tea. I am loving the fall weather even though its still WARM throughout most am's/pm's. Might be some walking and playing @ the park too. Who in the world can pass up nature??? Not Moi!!! I hope that ya'll have an absolutely wonderful day today and an even better weekend. I hope that if any of you are struggling with anything that you hit the knees and give things to the Lord, lean on a friend or family member. Lift one another up in prayer as there are several of us going through surgeries, recoveries, family related situations etc. I really hope you get a chance to perform some random acts of kindness. Glad to hear your kids are feeling better. I hate when my son is sick. It is terrible when the kid germs mutate and infect us, though. They are tough bugs. This weekend we are celebrating my son's third birthday a week early. My husband has to travel for his actual birthday next weekend, so we are celebrating early. It will be a small family party, my parents, brother, aunt, uncle, and grandmother will be there. I think we will have burgers and brats on the grill and then some cake. He wants a Thomas the Tank Engine cake so I have to figure out how to make that! Sunday I send my husband off to Europe. He is going for two weeks this time. He is spending most of it in Brussels, but will spend one day in Zurich. It will be hard with out him, but we will make it. :) I hope everyone has a good weekend!

Thanks! They are troopers for sure. To be honest I am soooo grateful/thankful because they have done wonderfully this year versus years passed with their sicknesses. (Long story!)  Happy Birthday to your son!!!! Thomas is soooo kewl!! Both the girls absolutely love Thomas the Train!! We've got the set up with the tracks and we've got Thomas, Edward and the lil' characters and such and I dig 'em too.  Sounds like a fantastic trip although working well not so fun. Prayers coming ya'lls way for your hubs safe trip to and from, your son's birthday and your hopefully finding peace with all this!!! All best...

Good morning! Tis very windy and gusty here at the beach today. Looks like Noel has become a hurricane and will churn up the Atlantic.  I've introduced my new kitty to the other cats in the family an they seems to be doing OK. I plan on getting some Feliway pheramone spray to help too. She loves our dog; they are cuddled together on the floor.  My kiddos are long out the door for school. How do teens do it so early in the AM? Tomorrow we are off to visit our eldest in PA. My son will be off to NJ with his Dad to see Van Halen in concert for the 2nd time.  Doug is a very gifted musician and I know he would love to be on stage too. Gotta get me another cup of joe and walk the dog. I hope you all get out and enjoy your day.

Morning- its real windy here too in Richmond and chilly also. Glad the kitties are getting along well so far. Awww too cute bout her and the doggie. LOL! I LOVE being up early honestly! Maybe Doug WILL be on stage in the future...I'm sipping on my coffee and taking it easy this am. Hoping the Sick Fairy carries her rear some place else! All best...

AAAHHHHH!!!  I am here & going crazy.  Details, Details, Details.  Last minute wedding stuff of course.  Only 7 days & a wake up left.  I am soooo excited & bouncing off the walls. So our weekend will be crazy busy like always.  Tonight it is errands & football game.  Tomorrow is soccer, Sunday is work, soccer (to make up for last week's game that was cancelled by the rain) and then wedding rehersal & dinner in the evening.  Busy, busy.  Hope everyone has a great weekend!!!

Hope all the ickyness disappears soon!!! I've lucked out this year and haven't been sick very often. I guess that flu shot may work. It was my first year of trying and I'm getting another one at the end of the month.   I'm doing pretty good this morning. Only have 3 and half hours left of work, which is nice. I'm gonna hit up some meetings, work on my house, go to a movie, watch some football, and work with my sponsor/sponsee on Sunday. Nothing new.  The weather is so wacky, I'm not even going to try and plan anything outdoors. I hope you all have a great weekend. Thanks, always, Kat for posting this.
