Welcome to Monday am! Rise and shine and get your day started! How are ya'll doing this am? Great I hope. Its the start of another week and we are so blessed to be here. How was your weekend? Ours was really nice. Friday pm I rented a few movies. The one I watched is called Rein Over Me. WOW! I hadn't imagined Adam Sandler in a role like that one but its really a great movie. Afterwards, I hit the pillow but spent most the pm coughing into the am. BOO HOO! Saturday Kayla & I got our nails/toes done & then saw the Bee Movie. I wasn't that impressed with the Bee Movie and neither was Kayla. It had some funny parts but overall just a rentable offense not a spend $14 to see. Later in the pm Mom & I went with some friends and had a late lunch at Aunt Sarah's then saw Dan in Real Life and that was another good movie. One of my fav songs is Let My Love Open The Door by Pete Townsend (NOT the Who like a lot of people think) and so Dane Cook & Steve Carell sang an really neat version of it in the movie. Totally a buyable offense. Later in the pm it was chores galore and time with the buggas in nature along with some reading. I finished the 3rd in the Donna VanLiere series The Christmas Hope and on Sunday started reading The Christmas Promise. WOW! Its already a page turner for sure. Sunday was finishing up chores, out with old/didn't need/didn't use things and really opened up some room. Then reading and outside with the buggas. It never really warmed up all that much but the girls really enjoyed being all bundled up and playing outside. We set up their Thomas the Tank Engine tracks and town etc and they had a blast with that & I even watched this really humorous Real Housewives of Orange County. I have to say you really can have money and still not have it all. Its a neat show though. Proves everyone has problems and even with money it doesn't solve everything.  This am I awoke smiling and thanking the Lord for this day and a few mins later my alarm went off. How's that for neat? I bet He & I were talking and He knew it was time for me to wake up. Well, I best get my day started but I wanted to post and say I hope ya'll have a great day and smile when you can and give things to the Lord. Also, give to one another. Its amazing the feeling of giving and receiving!!! I'm gonna get my am going as this week is sure to be busy busy so I'll say toodaleooo for now. All best & many hugs....

I also was amazed at Adam Sandler in Reign Over Me. I still think of him in older movies that my teenage sons used to watch but I couldn't endure. Some of his recent dramatic roles have been very real, very touching, and very uplifting. Thanks for your morning messges, Kat. Joe Bear

Good Morning....... Great to see you this morning Kit.  Glad to hear that you have a good, and uneventful, weekend.  Pretty much the same here.  I got home from the hospital on Saturday and haven't really done too much but move around a bit (to make sure that I don't get stiff), watch tv and sleep.   OH!  I did try to do some scrspbooking yesterday - wow....did not realize how much you use your abs in doing that, so I really had to limit myself. Looking forward to a beautiful day here at the beach. Enjoy......................................

Glad to hear you had such a wonderful weekend.  I loved Adam Sandler in a lot of his first comedy movies.  With life being so crazy I didn't get chance to see any of his newer ones.  Maybe I need to have an Adam Sandler movie weekend and catch up. I survived my weekend, but just barely.  We had soccer, wedding errands, rehearsal, two girlies who are bouncing off the walls, ended up with a couple of extra girlies for the weekend too.  4 teenage girls full of energy = to very worn out adults.  I, myself am of course bouncing off the walls and hope not get on peoples nerves.  The time is just creeping by way too slowly.  I want it to be Saturday already.  :) Love you guys & hope everyone has a great week.
