What Are YOU Doing To Move Today!!!

WOW!  Fall has arrived!!!!  What a chilly morning it is out there.  BUT....it's great for getting out and getting the old blood moving. So...what are YOU doing to move today? Me?  Nothing.  I did enough yesterday, so I am going to take it easy today.  It will be my day of rest - haha.  I know* I know....every day is suppose to be a day of rest. Enjoy your day and do something good for your body!

I will be starting a 50 minute cycling class today!!  After cycling class , i will be working on my upper body doing some strength training. Have a good day!

I'm taking advantage of the coooooool air and walking, walking, walking!!! The leaves are falling all over the neighborhood and I LOVE that! I'm gonna put on my iPod and hit the pavement! Enjoy....
